Update webhook

PATCH https://api.abbiamo.io/v1/carrier/webhook/{webhook_id}

You must send the desired output in the body payload cause this endpoint edits the whole entry of webhook. For example:

• in order to update just one header you must send the url and the new headers object
• In order to update the url, you should send the new url and repeat the headers otherwise headers will be deleted (as null)
