Rate Limit
There is a global rate limit of 1500 request within a 5-minute window
This endpoint retrieves the active delivery options of a seller. Delivery options are util when assigning a carrier to an order using the Create order V2 endpoint
If 200 status code, you will get the carrier_name, method_type and available methods according to the expected shipping date.
