Rate Limit
There is a global rate limit of 1500 request within a 5-minute window
This endpoint makes a new request for the same method one more time. It there is no prior method requested the endpoint will throw an error therefore it is recommended that this endpoint should be used only for orders in the status ORDER_FAILED and RETURNED
