Rate Limit

There is a global rate limit of 1500 request within a 5-minute window

This endpoint updates the order status to MANUAL_HANDLE. It can only be used in orders that has routable statuses, therefore:

• CREATED
• FAILED (in case of a PRIVATE-FLEET carrier_type event)
• ORDER_FAILED
• RETURNED
